Rotary dehumidifier

Featuring a new patented rotor and an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient design, this dehumidifier further enhances its dehumidification performance. The rotor uses molecular sieves as the moisture-absorbing substrate, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional honeycomb-shaped rotors—such as difficulty in manufacturing, high costs, and susceptibility to wear. The rotor is inexpensive to replace, highly durable, and boasts a long service life. Thanks to its unique zone separation and thermal insulation design, the rotor achieves energy savings of approximately 30% compared to other dehumidifiers.

Box-type dryer

The box-type dryer is suitable for drying all types of polymer materials and can simultaneously dry different materials. It is particularly well-suited for use with small quantities of diverse raw materials or during trial molding. It can also be used for preheating or drying products in various industries, including electronics, motors, electroplating, baking paint, and printing.

Vibrating screen

The linear vibrating screen uses a vibration motor as its excitation source, causing the material to be lifted and propelled forward in a straight line across the screen mesh. The material enters the screening machine’s feed inlet uniformly from the feeder and is separated into several sizes of oversize and undersize fractions as it passes through multiple layers of screen mesh, with each fraction being discharged separately from its designated outlet. This screen features low energy consumption, high production capacity, a simple structure, easy maintenance, a fully enclosed design that prevents dust from escaping, and automatic discharge capability, making it particularly well-suited for continuous production-line operations.

Three-in-one machine

Application Scope: The HCD series European-style dehumidification, drying, and two-stage feeding combination unit integrates three functions—dehumidification, drying, and two-stage feeding—into a single machine, also known as the “three-in-one” unit. It is particularly well-suited for engineering plastic raw materials with strong hygroscopic properties, such as PA, PC, PBT, and PET. The dew point of the accompanying rotary dehumidifier can reach below -40℃.
