The HDL-HD series energy-saving conveyor-type dehumidifying and drying machines feature a simplified design system, guided by the principle of energy conservation and emission reduction, which significantly reduces the system's power consumption. This series integrates three functions—plastic dehumidification, drying, and conveying—into one unit, making it ideal for drying engineering plastics that have specific requirements for moisture content, such as ABS, PC, PE, PVC, and PU. This model employs a heatless regeneration system to deliver stable, low-dew-point dry air, enabling easier drying of raw materials. The product line includes six models ranging from 25 kg to 200 kg.
Features of this device
◆ Integrates three functions in one: dehumidification, drying, and two-stage feeding.
◆ Equipped with a non-thermal regenerative air dryer, the dew point can reach below -40°C.
◆ High efficiency, lowest power consumption, and 60% more energy-efficient than conventional models.
◆The stainless steel double-layer insulated drying drum features a downward-blowing air duct design, which reduces heat loss and improves drying efficiency.
◆ No cooling water required; easy to move.
◆The feeding system is equipped with a cut-off valve to ensure that no residual material remains in the material tube.
◆ The structural design is compact and space-saving, making it particularly suitable for dust-free workshops.
◆ PLC control and LCD touch-screen HMI are available as optional features, offering centralized and convenient operation.
