Working principle:
In raw material processing, SHD The hopper dryer uses a drying fan to blow a constant stream of high-temperature air into the drying drum. After baking the raw materials, the dryer removes the original moisture content from the materials inside the drum, thereby achieving the goal of eliminating the moisture they contain.
The air blown by the fan is heated electrically to become high-temperature, dry hot air. This hot air then passes through a guard screen and a perforated screen, ensuring that it is evenly distributed throughout the drying chamber to dry the raw materials inside. A heat recovery unit can be optionally equipped; after passing through the return-air filter, the blown air is recycled. It enters the drying fan, thereby forming a closed-loop circulation system that saves electricity.
