Operating Principle The central feeding system uses vacuum conveying to transport plastic raw materials from storage tanks to a centralized dehumidification and drying system via a centralized pipeline network, and then delivers the dried materials to each injection molding machine. The central feeding system adopts a “one machine—one pipe” design, ensuring that air continuously transports the materials throughout the system and preventing re-humidification of the dried materials after dehumidification. At the same time, each delivery line operates smoothly without any blockages occurring. When used in conjunction with a centralized dehumidification and drying system, the system cleans the delivery pipelines after each cycle of dehumidification and drying, ensuring that no residual pellets remain inside the pipelines. This not only prevents re-humidification of the materials but also guarantees consistent material properties when fed into the injection molding machines. Under the effect of vacuum negative pressure, dust originally present in the raw materials is filtered out by a dust filtration system, thereby helping to improve the quality of the molded products.
