Central feeding system It is designed for the production of plastic products in injection molding workshops, enabling uninterrupted, unmanned, continuous molding operations. The system allows for flexible adjustments to raw material types and combinations of multi-colored materials as needed, thereby automating the coloring process. The system can fully automatically regenerate and reuse sprue cold material, control all feeding equipment, and prevent blockages from occurring in the material storage bins. Furthermore, it achieves full automation through the setup of a central monitoring station.
Working principle
Central feeding system Using a vacuum conveying system, plastic raw materials are transported from the storage tanks to the central dehumidification and drying system via a centralized piping network, and then the dried materials are delivered to each injection molding machine. Central feeding system Adopting a “one machine, one pipe” design ensures that the entire system uses air to convey raw materials, preventing re-moisture of the materials after dehumidification and drying. At the same time, each conveying line operates smoothly and stably, with absolutely no instances of material blockage. When used in conjunction with a central dehumidification and drying system, this setup can automatically clean the conveying lines after the dehumidified and dried materials have been circulated, ensuring that no residual granules remain inside the pipelines. This not only prevents re-moisture of the raw materials but also guarantees consistent performance of the materials fed into the injection molding machine. Under vacuum negative pressure, any dust naturally present in the raw materials is filtered out by the dust filtration system, thereby helping to improve the quality of the molded products.
